We currently ship orders placed on curlytails.shop to addresses within India.
All orders are processed and shipped from our location in Sector 102, Gurgaon, Haryana.
2. Processing times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

During sales, festive periods, or high‑volume times, processing may take longer; any significant delays will be communicated where possible via email.
3. Shipping methods and delivery timelines

Standard Shipping (courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, etc.): Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Remote or out‑of‑service areas may take longer, or may not be serviceable; in such cases, we may contact you to discuss alternatives or cancel and refund the order.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, operational issues, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.
4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions based on cart value, location, or specific campaigns; such offers will be clearly mentioned on the website or at checkout.

6. Incorrect address / delivery attempts

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated delivery failures, or refusal to accept the parcel, we may deduct the two‑way shipping cost and any applicable fees from any refund or charge an additional fee for re‑shipping.
7. Damaged or tampered shipments

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, please:

Take clear photos/video of the outer packaging and product, and

Refuse delivery or raise an issue with the delivery agent and contact us at uniquebuy999@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims raised after 24–48 hours of marked delivery may not be eligible for support, as courier partners do not accept delayed damage claims.
8. Non-delivery / lost shipments

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please check with neighbours, security guards, or your building reception first.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at uniquebuy999@gmail.com within 48 hours of the “delivered” status so we can raise a complaint with the courier.

Resolutions in such cases are subject to the courier’s investigation outcome.
9. International shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must have a delivery address within India.
